Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for Software Developers to accelerate feature delivery and resolve critical backlogs across our digital ecosystem. Leveraging AI development tools and working in sprints, you will build scalable full-stack features, automate operational workflows, and streamline data sync between our roasters and web platforms. Working alongside our teams in Bangkok, Taipei and Copenhagen, you will bridge hardware and digital user experiences while keeping code clean and performing.

Your key responsibilities

User Experience & Technical Feature Delivery

• Design and implement polished, intuitive user journeys across our main sites (Roast.world, Roastime, Aillio.com) and e-commerce platforms.
• Rapidly build, refactor, and deploy clean TypeScript and Node.js code across front-end and back-end modules, leveraging AI coding assistants.
• Translate wireframes and design systems into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern frameworks (React/Vue/Next.js).
• Build custom web tools and automated scripts to eliminate operational bottlenecks across sales, support, and R&D teams.

Architecture & System Reliability

• Build and maintain real-time data synchronization pipelines and APIs connecting software with cloud backends using Google Firebase.
• Reproduce, troubleshoot and patch platform regressions, edge-case sync errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Write automated tests to validate AI-generated code, enforce web security standards, and audit API endpoints to safeguard transactional and user data.

Your qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack web/software development experience managing cloud databases, web apps, or internal tools.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js), Google Firebase/cloud databases, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience writing tests to ensure code quality.
• Business-level English communication and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-directed problem solver, able to translate business needs into practical software solutions.
